US Family Health Plan
US Family Health Plan is a TRICARE Prime option available to families of active duty military, National Guard, and Reserves, as well as to military retirees and their eligible family members. US Family Health Plan is available in six regions across the United States, with BrightonOne as headquarters for US Family Health Plan of Southern New England, which currently serves over 13,000 members in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and portions of Connecticut and New Hampshire.

Getting Started
If you aren't already enrolled in US Family Health Plan or another TRICARE Prime option, or you want to change TRICARE plans, you can enroll in US Family Health Plan during Open Enrollment.
Growing Our Network For Better Access
BrightonOne recently expanded the USFHP provider network through a new agreement with Southcoast Health Network, adding approximately 160 primary care providers and specialists across southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This means more convenient access to quality care closer to home for our members and their families.
